As the story develops, we find that the very existence of Canada is at stake.
The story line is poignant and so steeped in both current affairs and history that one feels that
this could really happen to the country. Kingston’s talent is evident throughout. The story is
intricately woven. As you keep assuming the direction of the plot, unexpected twists occur to keep you on your toes.
This was an excellent read. I am very much looking forward to Kingston’s next novel.
